Portrait of a young boy (oil on canvas) partially cleaned. 
This painting by Esther Jack survived a house fire but was covered in a heavy layer of soot that was impregnated in the varnish layer. The varnish, along with the dark soot, was delicately removed without removing the original paint.

This Lloyd Mifflin painting of the Susquehanna River had a tear through its face. We repaired and in-painted the damage, cleaned the painting and gave it a coat of new varnish.
